Our community is made up of style-loving women with passions for retail and customer service. Hemline franchisees are hands-on and often spend their days on the floor, interacting with managers, associates, and customers. Many of our franchisees directly oversee social media and marketing for their stores. Our franchisees communicate with one another on a daily basis to provide the best customer service to the hemline customer network, coordinating splits, special orders, and transfers.
